Louis Weedon store "maid" shopping into a bright spot

According to the British version of "bazaar" website reported on November 7th, luxury major suit Louis Weedon (LV) in London Searl Selfridges department store (Selfridges) opened a "land of idyllic beauty shop". It is reported, the counter top space by the French designer Gwynel Nicholas (Gwena ë L Nicolas) fencing, most attract sb.'s attention is the luxurious swirls elevator, digital shopping environment for them, and with a feather duster, wearing maid service beauty guide! "Bazaar" also interview the full of wit space designers, we together to have a look:

Q: this project is what time to start brewing?
A: three years ago, LV found in me, that they want to open a shop in Selfridges's wishes, and hope that I can do for them. However, this is just a Idea at the time, there is no system of plan or scheme. But I am pleased with such a would benefit by mutual discussion brand cooperation. Now, this project is finally completed.
Q: so what do you think is the biggest challenge of this task?
A: this project is the biggest challenge is how to make LV and Selfridges harmonious coexistence, mutual driven. This means not only to think of a way to keep LV luxury distinguished atmosphere, at the same time to make it more accessible. From this idea, we will create the store counters as a "land of idyllic beauty", at the same time, customers from any one floor can enter the "land of idyllic beauty", enjoy shopping pleasure.
Q: the vortex lift inspiration is how come?

A: we want to let the customer know the escalator and another shopping heaven exists, the vortex lift will emerge as the times require. Design of atmosphere it costly and very interesting, will give customers bring different shopping experience.
Q: why in your designs, LV LOGO almost can not see?
A: indeed, the escalator in front of only a LOGO, this is our exclusive planning scheme, meaning to tell you, this can provide the services beyond a brand can do. The light is most important part for me, so I put the light function applied to the extreme in the whole design. In London, most of the time is cold haze weather, here, we use lighting to create a bright and warm shopping paradise.
Q: people have made you known as "space magician", you how this name?
A: very honored to have such a high rating. In fact, once a customer sharply questioned my design, he told me, "your design is three, I don't want the house!" I immediately realized his mistake, and I was always hoping to spatial static, rather than dynamic thinking. Until then, I slowly change train of thought, I began to relative thinking of the relationship between man and space, and before the design, always love to that place around, looking for inspiration. I put this process is called "experientialism".
The "space magician" random natural conversation let us feel, believe that cooperation with the LV counter design can also bring us have a style of one's own shopping enjoyment.
